Attracted very young by the kitchen and chef by chance at 20 years old, of an hotel in Saint Tropez, I did not then make it my job.
The nomadic cuisine that I discovered with the Foodtruck and that I have practiced in other forms since; has led me to practice in all kinds of contexts.
So I was able to accompany Frederic Lopez on the filming of the first Nos Terres Inconnues,
to organize cocktail parties for up to 250 people at the Aeroscopia museum in Toulouse or at Pop Up house in Aix en
Provence.
Cooking on sailboats or more recently on the Yacht SS Delphine (for crew and guest) which in their time welcomed Stalin, Roosvelt and Churchill..
I also had the pleasure of cooking in Provence for personalities such as Vanessa Paradis, the designer Alber Elbaz, the very chic Lord Cadbury and his daughters, the
incredible Babeth Djian, or the famous Barings family, from Aix en Provence, to Saint Tropez, Correns, Monaco
but I will be no less proud to delight you on a daily basis.
